Andretti Green Racing and Sam Schmidt Motorsports continued their preparations for the 2006 Indy Pro Series™ season Feb. 8-9 with two days of road course testing. The two teams formed a partnership in December and tested on an oval in late January.

Jaime Camara, who finished fifth in the series in 2005, and rookie Jonathan Klein, a freshman at the University of Dayton, are slated to drive for AGR. England's Jay Howard completed his second test for Sam Schmidt.
"I think I turned well over 200 laps during the two days," said Camara, a native Brazilian who now lives in Miami. "The short, tight track with low to mid-speed corners allowed us to test a lot of different setups for St. Petersburg. I think it was a really good test, and we found a constant setup."
Camara tested on both days, while Klein and Howard each drove one day.

"The learning curve has been unbelievable," Klein said. "In two days, I've learned a great deal already. The power, size and grip level of these cars are more than I'm used to. It's exciting to drive such a fun, fast car.
"I'm really looking forward to the season starting. Jaime, Jay and I, even though we've only been together a limited time, are working well together, and we're showing some good speed."
